Instrument Repair and Calibration

 

Test Products International offers a full calibration and repair facility capable of servicing all TPI branded equipment. Service work is performed on a first come first serve basis. Typical turn around time for standard service work is 5 to 7 days in house. This does not include shipping time. Products received via expedited shipping are given priority.  

 

There is no fee to evaluate a product and provide an estimate. A TPI representative will contact you for approval of out of warranty repairs prior to performing any work. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses to TPI; TPI pays return shipping expenses.

No prior authorization is required. Be sure to include your UPS returnable shipping address, contact information, and a brief description of the problem or service required. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.
